Anas has accumulated a wealth of experience within the Real Estate sector acting on behalf of various well known UK based lenders and borrowers on securitisation matters, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing of residential and mix-use developments for professional investor clients. Possessing extensive knowledge of transactions involving commercial landlord and tenant matters. Anas is well renowned for acting on behalf of a number of high street landlord and tenants dealing with all aspects involved in a lifecycle of a commercial lease, including but not limited to: grant, assignment, renewal and surrender. Prior to joining our team at Jacobs Law Solicitors as Partner, Anas escalated up the ranks as Senior Associate at a reputable City firm ranked Tier 1 in Social Housing Finance, acting on behalf of various Housing Associations and Registered Providers across England and Wales. Anas played an integral role within their niche securitisation department in the charging of properties and advising on high-value securitisation under bilateral, syndicated facilities and security trusts ranging from £1M to £100M. Having acted for both lenders and borrowers alike, Anas’ previous exposure within all facets of Real Estate Finance enables him to adopt a pragmatic and robust approach in all areas of a property transaction to ensure client deadlines are met. He has built up an excellent reputation for being personable, precise, well-informed, and most importantly, ‘smart’ working. Anas firmly believes in working closely with his clients recognising the importance of providing bespoke advice tailored to their specific objectives. Anas graduated at Keele University in 2012 with a 2.1 degree in Law, completing his Legal Practice Course in 2013 and subsequently being admitted as a Solicitor in 2016.
