Following completion of his LLB (Hons), Kaseem went on to complete his LPC and also attained his Masters in Law. Since his achievements at Birmingham City University, he has greatly developed his skills within the property department and always thrives to deal with every matter in the upmost professional manner. Kaseem joined Jacobs Law Solicitors in March 2020 and was made head of the plot sales team at our head office. Kaseem has since progressed and now manages our Harborne office. Prior to joining the firm, Kaseem undertook work experience in the Criminal Department at Hampton Solicitors. Kaseem now works within our Property department and deals with a wide variety of clients on residential and commercial matters which range from bridging finance and residential mortgages to lease and sale matters. He has extensive knowledge on purchases of new build properties and the governments scheme of help to buy. Kaseem has dealt with an array of client, ranging from one-off cases to repeat investors and his appraisals speak for themselves. He takes a pragmatic and positive approach to all transactions and has shown he has the ability of understanding clients needs and tailors advice fittingly. He has helped many achieve their dreams of owning their own homes and helped others expand their property portfolio. Kaseem’s legal acumen and knowledge are ever increasing and he is undoubtedly one to watch in the future.
