About our Staff

Sarah is a Solicitor in Jacobs Law’s Family and Conveyancing departments based in our head office, who began her journey with us in June 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah undertook work experience at VKM Solicitors, specialising in Conveyancing. Following completion of her LLB (Hons) at Coventry University, Sarah went on to complete the Legal Practice Course combined with Masters in Law (LLM) at the University of Law, achieving commendation. Sarah has undertook her training contract alongside her studies and will be becoming a solicitor in the near future, specialising in Family Law and Conveyancing. In terms of Family Law, Sarah’s role consists of dealing with clients who require legal assistance in areas such as divorce and annulment, child contact and custody, financial settlements and distribution of assets, non-molestation and occupation orders in relation to domestic violence cases. Sarah is confident in preparing and representing clients at Court hearings and is aware of client satisfaction. As Family Law is a very sensitive area for many, Sarah has the abilities to confide and build trust with her clients in order to achieve positive results. With regard to conveyancing, Sarah acquires the relevant expertise to carry out sale and mortgage related purchase transactions for both registered and unregistered land, whether for freehold or leasehold titles. She further has extensive knowledge on properties or land bought or sold at auction, purchase of new build properties with the aid of help to buy ISA to remortgages, transfer of equities, right to buy and buy to let transactions. Sarah has great potential in succeeding at all tasks assigned to her and is always happy to provide her assistance where required.
